A year in the life of our Miss Riley

Seriously, How Is It Sunday Night Already?!

on April 19, 2015

It’s not like I slept the weekend away, like last weekend with the cold — I did actually do things this weekend. I cleared my herb patch and around the birdbath, cleaned, got groceries, finished a book. But today I looked at my watch when I was done at the grocery store and was boggled by the fact that it was 3 pm! Had this been a Monday, I would probably be sitting at my desk wondering why it was only 10 am, because it’s been 10 am for at least 3 hours. Why do weekends fly?

Riley, of course, has no concept of time. Unless that time is feeding time.

  1. Weekends go soooooo quickly, don’t they? It’s like we blink and Monday is here. Please give Riley a hug for me. I just love her sweet face. 🙂
