A year in the life of our Miss Riley

This Is New…

on March 16, 2015

In my travels yesterday I bought some pillows for the sunroom, outdoor ones that the sun won’t fade (I have a two-toned chenille throw that taught me that particular lesson). Since it was nice out there when I got home, I cut the tags off the pillows and settled them into place. Miss Riley was very curious. And yes, she tasted one of them, but came away distinctly unimpressed. I think my new soft furnishings are safe — one benefit of her not being a puppy any more (in her puppyhood she once stealthily unstuffed a comforter while my husband and I were in the room and awake).

  3. Love how dogs have to ‘check’ everything new that comes into the house. Luckily my fella just sniffs, doesn’t taste!
