A year in the life of our Miss Riley

The Fog Pup

on March 4, 2015

Snow on the ground, followed by rain and slightly higher temps means FOG. Our back yard in particular looked like Brigadoon. I imagine if Riley were younger, she would have dashed around, emerging from the fog like the Hound of the Baskervilles. But I’ll settle for this: surveying her foggy domain with a grin.

(Now if only we weren’t going to get up to 8″ of snow tonight and tomorrow…Riley and I are so done with it.)

She’s so much like my dog. He would have such a drawn face indoors, and the biggest grin would spread over his face the second he got outside.
