A year in the life of our Miss Riley

On the Sunporch

on August 18, 2014

One of the benefits of working from home as much as I do is that on really nice days, I can take my laptop out to our sunporch — all the benefits of being outdoors and none of the bugs. Sunshine, birdsong, a lovely breeze — all much better than cubeville and its fluorescent lights (which are migraine triggers for me and why I work from home). Riley likes it too, and not just because she can keep a better eye out for the troublesome groundhog.
